Job Summary: The role supports the end-to-end procurement process by sourcing goods and services, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, delivering timely, cost-effective procurement solutions. The role involves coordinating sourcing activities, managing procurement documentation, liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers, supporting contract and supplier management activities to ensure transparency, governance and value for money.
Job Duties: Job Responsibilities: - Conduct data analysis and independently procure goods and services for assigned categories through RFx processes;
- Ensure procurement activities are carried out in compliance with HKEX's policies and procedures;
- Support the end-to-end tendering process including gathering user requirements, drafting tender documents and meeting minutes as well as managing supplier contracts, performance and relationship to deliver the intended procurement strategy;
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager
Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related disciplines;
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in procurement;
- Experience in Facilities Management and Corporate Services procurement is an advantage;
- Professional certification such as CPSM / MCIPS is preferred;
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Self-motivated, goal- and team-oriented with the ability to work independently and proactively as well as willingness to learn;
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast paced and evolving environment;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- High proficiency in MS Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.), Word and PowerPoint
