They are seeking a Finance Associate with an entrepreneurial mindset to join their growing team. This role offers dynamic exposure to corporate and fund accounting, mentorship, and clear career growth opportunities.
The Role
- Corporate Finance & Accounting: Maintain accurate records, coordinate with external service providers, and manage company accounts.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial projections.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support financial reporting and compliance under applicable regulatory regimes.
- Audit, Tax & Coordination: Manage annual audits, liaise with external auditors, and assist with tax filings.
- Process Improvement: Streamline accounting processes to enhance reporting quality and efficiency.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in Big 4 audit / relevant experience within Financial Institutions.
- Fluency in English is a must, with fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
- Strong analytical skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proactive approach.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Open to learning fund accounting alongside corporate accounting responsibilities.
