Our client is a globally established provider of financial and insurance services, operating across multiple international markets. They are expanding their technology team and are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to support the development and enhancement of enterprise‑grade insurance applications. The role focuses on modern engineering practices, Agile delivery, and cloud‑native development across Azure and Alibaba Cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, code, test, and maintain high‑quality software across the full stack.
- Manage the entire Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)-including development, testing, deployment, and production support-within a DevOps operating model.
- Translate business and user requirements into technical specifications and software solutions.
- Design, develop, test, deliver, and continuously improve business applications through the full development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing to promote engineering excellence within the team.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and operations teams to surface pain points and deliver practical solutions.
- Apply strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, learning proactively from both successes and failures.
- Communicate effectively to articulate technical approaches, system design concepts, and development outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience, with strong hands‑on skills in Python, Java
- Experience with Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud) is highly advantageous.
- Exposure to modern frontend or full‑stack technologies such as React, React Native, Node.js, Angular, or JQuery is an advantage.
- Familiarity with cloud‑native development, containerization, and Kubernetes services is preferred.
- Strong experience in the insurance industry, preferably with Group Life and Health applications.
- Solid understanding of insurance‑related regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Proactive, self‑driven, and adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
