Head of Mortgage Relationship Management

Our services are accessible through a comprehensive range of service channels, including branches, mobile direct sales, e-channels and customer hotlines.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of Mortgage Relationship Management.
Principal responsibilities
  • Identify market potential, formulate mortgage sales strategies, and oversee the development of implementation plans to grow the mortgage business
  • Formulate sales plans and allocate resources with reference to market situations
  • Lead a team of mobile sales managers using effective performance management, training and development to deliver a sustainable business culture.
  • Recruit, manage and develop the Mobile Sales Managers to ensure they know what is expected of them and how they are performing, have the capabilities to performance at their best and can develop their career
  • Establish close relationship with branded developers, property agencies to facilitate sales development at working level
  • Initiate measures to solicit maximum support from branch network and other related departments to promote mortgage products
  • Set service standards in the department, benchmark with competitors and formulate countermeasures to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including RSS, credit risks, mortgage service teams and their department heads to proactively review and enhance process and application flow
Requirements
  • Solid banking experience, with focus on sales and business acquisition capacity. Incumbent is seasoned with an expertise and track record in the area of mortgage and secured lending business acquisition and sales strategy as well as channel sales development, including, mobile sales, direct banking and digital channels.
  • Strong people leadership and ownership to lead sales teams, drive business performance and establish strategic business partnerships.
  • University degree in Finance or related disciplines.
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
