Purpose This role supports the firm's Marketing, Events, and Business Development activities by delivering high-quality campaigns, strengthening client engagement, and driving revenue-focused initiatives. The role combines hands-on marketing delivery, end-to-end event execution, and proactive Business Development support to enhance the firm's market visibility and client relationships.
Your key responsibilities - Deliver high-impact, high-quality local marketing activities across various channels to engage target audiences, strengthen brand awareness, and support the client and sector strategy.
- Localise global and regional marketing initiatives, ensuring targeting, content, and execution resonate with the local market while maintaining strategic alignment.
- Plan, organise, and execute local events to the highest standards, enhancing client engagement and positioning the Firm as a market leader.
- Manage local sponsorships and partnerships, strengthening existing relationships and identifying new opportunities that align with the Firm's brand and strategy.
- Analyse local market trends and client insights, using data to shape messaging, refine targeting, and optimise marketing effectiveness.
- Adapt and help to manage local social media and digital content, ensuring alignment with local trends while upholding the Firm's brand identity and global standards.
- Develop insightful reports and presentations, tracking key marketing performance metrics and identifying drivers of success.
- Monitor and engage in digital conversations relevant to the Firm's brand, providing insights and recommendations to enhance reputation and engagement.
- Support BD initiatives such as client targeting, client development programmes, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, pitches, capability decks, client presentations, and client and market research.
- Support the execution of BD and marketing plans, ensuring alignment with Firm, Client, and Sector strategies.
- Plan and coordinate client events, sponsorships, and partnerships to enhance market presence.
Your experience - Proven experience in marketing and events management, ideally in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong track record of executing marketing activities that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver high-quality events, from conception to execution, with a focus on client engagement.
- Experience supporting BD efforts such as pitches / proposals, client research, and CRM management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and measure effectiveness.
- Proficiency in developing reports and presentations, with the ability to track key performance metrics and communicate insights effectively.
- Experience in monitoring brand conversations and making recommendations for reputation management.
- Knowledge of emerging marketing trends and ability to apply innovative approaches.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with regional/global teams.
