Your new role You will join the frontline wealth management team under one of the following key positions:
Relationship Manager (Retail Banking)
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
- Provide end-to-end wealth management solutions including investment, insurance and financial planning
- Build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
Investment Consultant (IC)
- Provide professional investment advisory on funds, bonds, structured products and other wealth solutions
- Analyse client portfolios and market trends
- Partner with Relationship Managers to deepen investment penetration and support business growth
Insurance Specialist (IS)
- Promote protection, life, savings and medical insurance solutions
- Assess clients' financial protection needs and offer tailored recommendations
- Work with frontline teams to meet insurance business KPIs
What you'll need to succeed For Relationship Manager
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 3 years' retail banking experience
- IIQE & relevant HKSI licensing passed
- Strong interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Chinese
For Investment Consultant
- 2-3 years of investment advisory or wealth management experience
- HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8
- Solid product knowledge and strong client engagement skills
For Insurance Specialist
- 1-2 years' experience in insurance sales (banking experience preferred)
- IIQE Paper 1 & 3
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, sales-driven mindset
