About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, creative, and commercially savvy professional to shape compelling narratives and execute effective digital strategies. The ideal candidate brings a journalistic edge or proven content marketing expertise from within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Localization : Develop and adapt high-quality, bilingual content (English andChinese ) for social media posts, articles, webinars, email campaigns, website materials, and client presentations. Translate complex investment concepts into clear, engaging, and fully compliant narratives that resonate across markets.
- Digital & Social Engagement : Support multi-channel digital campaigns to boost brand awareness and audience interaction across social platforms, email, and paid media. Manage content scheduling, publishing, and basic performance monitoring.
- Collaboration & Production : Work closely with product, sales, compliance, and external partners (designers/agencies) to bring marketing assets to life while ensuring regulatory alignment and market relevance.
- Insights & Optimization : Track campaign results using analytics tools, derive actionable insights, and stay ahead of competitor activities and digital trends to inform innovative approaches.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Marketing,Journalism , Communications, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in content creation, communications, and digital marketing — ideally within asset management, ETFs, fintech, or financial media with a background in the China market.
- Exceptional bilingual copywriting and editing skills inEnglish and Mandarin/Chinese (writing), with a track record of producing polished, professional, regulation-compliant materials.
- Proven ability to adapt financial content across languages and cultural contexts.
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance in marketing communications (highly valued).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-informed environment with significant autonomy.
- Proactive mindset, strong project management, and excellent stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Genuine passion for financial markets, investment themes, and ETFs.
