They are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Manager to join the team, responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day office operations, coordinating administrative services, managing vendors and office facilities, and providing business support to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace. This role plays a key part in supporting internal teams and maintaining a professional and well‑organized office environment.

The Role

  • Office front operations: Manage daily office front‑desk operations, including visitor registration and ensuring a welcoming and well‑organized workplace environment.
  • Office administration management: Support overall office administration functions, working closely with senior administration leaders, local teams, and regional partners.
  • Facility and space management: Oversee office facilities, daily operations, and renovation or relocation projects to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Vendor and service coordination: Work with local vendors and service providers, handling negotiations, service quality, and cost control with a practical procurement mindset.
  • Budgeting and policy management: Prepare and manage budgets, and develop, review, and maintain internal guidelines, policies, and procedures related to office operations.
  • Compliance and governance support: Ensure office operations follow internal standards and applicable requirements, while adapting processes to business and organizational changes.
  • Business support services: Provide support for business events, travel coordination, and other administrative services as required by the business.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with approximately 7-10 years' finance experience.
  • Experience in office administration or business support within a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working with both internal teams and external service providers
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
