Your new company Currently, I am hiring a Administrative Assistant/ IT Administrator for my client, who is a leading technology solutions provider in HK.
Your new role - Maintain inventory records, asset lists, stock levels, and assist with asset tagging
- Handle IT product procurement: request quotations, compare prices, prepare purchase orders, and follow up with vendors
- Perform accurate data entry for procurement, inventory, and sales-related documents
- Support administrative tasks including filing, documentation, scheduling, and coordination
What you'll need to succeed - Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year relevant experience are welcome
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of basic IT equipment is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, responsible, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Good communication skills and a positive working attitude
- Immediate availability is highly preferable
