We are seeking a Senior IT Support to provide personalised, high-priority technical support to our executive leadership and other senior stakeholders for one of our most sizeable in-house clients.

Your new role

  • Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Deliver immediate, high-quality IT support to C-suite executives, board members, and VIP users (both in-office and remotely)
  • Manage and maintain executive laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
  • Set up and support AV systems for meetings, board sessions, and business presentations
  • Troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues with minimal disruption to operations
  • Develop and maintain documentation, technical procedures, and policies
What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of IT support experience as well as supporting executives or senior leadership
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, enterprise mobile management, and modern collaboration suites (Microsoft 365, Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Experience with helpdesk tools, endpoint management, and remote support solutions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a calm and professional attitude
  • Fluency in English is a must
