Senior IT Officer

Your new role Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, including but not limited to computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Your new role

  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, including but not limited to computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

  • Maintain and ensure accurate documentation of IT infrastructure information, system configurations and operational procedures.

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

  • May be required to work occasionally at different service centres based on operational needs.

    What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree Holder in Computer Science / Information Systems / Information Technology or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, technical support or related role; working experience in non-profit organization is preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Windows administration, cloud platforms, servers, and M365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).

  • Knowledge of and experience in writing and monitoring scripts.
