Our client is a private limited company engaged in railway‑related business, operating with a regional presence and supporting transport equipment needs.
Your new role
- Handle the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Support hiring managers in screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Guide to interview panel members on proper hiring procedures.
- Coordinate background checks with the company's third‑party vendor.
- Work with managers to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including Day‑1 orientation.
- Stay current on recruitment trends through training and professional development.
What you'll need to succeed
- 6+ years of in‑house recruitment experience.
- Experience in rail, construction, manufacturing, or engineering sectors is a plus.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of employment procedures and legal requirements.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages are an advantage.
- Excellent time management, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
