A well-known global MNC is looking for a high-caliber FP&A Manager to support the business expansion.
The Role
- Act as a strategic finance business partner to sales leadership, supporting the delivery of current and long-term growth objectives
- Lead and manage business planning, forecasting, and objective-setting processes
- Co-lead the sales management process at both strategic and operational levels with cross-functional stakeholders
- Own and drive profit and loss performance
- Provide timely, relevant financial insights to enable fact-based decision-making while balancing opportunities and risks
- Analyze performance drivers, forecast trends, and co-create improvement initiatives, including direct customer engagement where required
- Contribute to and lead local, regional, and global projects as assigned
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, consulting, or auditing within a multinational organization
- Strong experience in business planning, financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent) or solid financial accounting experience is an advantage
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities
- Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner, influencing stakeholders across a matrix organization
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Strong business acumen, proactive mindset, and conceptual thinking ability
- Commitment to continuous learning and personal development
- Strong people focus with a passion for developing others
- High cultural awareness and an adaptive leadership style
