Responsibilities
- Conduct credit assessments for corporate portfolios and provide recommendations for credit applications requiring senior review.
- Evaluate credit approvals within designated limits to ensure compliance with the group policies and risk appetite, while managing post-lending monitoring for at-risk cases.
- Assist in enhancing credit analysis capabilities by suggesting operational improvements and delivering training to junior staff to foster a strong credit risk culture.
- Participate in regular risk warning and credit management meetings, offering feedback on credit-related policies and procedures.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in a business-related field.
- 4+ years of experience in corporate credit analysis; prior experience in a bank is a plus.
- Good understanding of credit practices and products in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in credit analysis and risk management.
