Consultant role with large insurer firm

Key Requirements - Support finance optimisation, digitalisation, automation, and cost‑efficiency initiatives across Finance, Actuarial, and related business functions.
- Perform data analysis, modelling, and reporting activities to support project delivery, expense management, and operational improvements.
- Develop clear summaries, dashboards, and insights to communicate complex financial and operational data to senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of productivity, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Required Qualifications - 3-4 years of experience with a Big Four firm, preferably in audit, advisory, or financial services consulting.
- Strong hands-on technical abilities, including Power BI, dashboard/report creation, data modelling, data transformation and process digitalisation tools.
- Demonstrate ability to analyse, interpret, and present complex finance or project data in a concise and structured format for senior management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging cross-functional teams.
- Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Insurance, financial services, or audit background is a strong advantage.
- Experience in process improvement, finance transformation, or technology-driven operational efficiency preferred.
