Your new role - Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for claims operations and system changes
- Work closely with Claims, EB, Operations, and IT teams to translate requirements into functional specifications
- Review current claims workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare test scenarios and support UAT for claims system enhancements
- Track issues, coordinate defect resolution, and ensure readiness for go-live
- Assist in process redesign, automation initiatives, and regulatory compliance updates
- Support reporting, data analysis, and business insights for claims performance
- Communicate project status and requirements clearly to stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed - 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of claims processes (Life / Medical / General Insurance)
- Experience in Employee Benefits (EB) claims preferred
- Familiarity with policy administration or claims management systems
