We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to help shape the next generation of digital banking experiences for one of our Top Banking clients.
Your new role
- Design clean, modern, and consistent interfaces for eBanking and mobile channels.
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to uncover insights and pain points.
- Identify UX issues and propose solutions aligned with accessibility standards and best practices.
- Support documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automation solutions.
- Conduct design reviews and support user acceptance testing to ensure UX/UI quality standards are met.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in UI/UX design within corporate banking, fintech, or large-scale digital platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of usability principles, responsive design, mobile-first thinking, and accessibility.
- Experience with wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage non-design stakeholders.
