We are currently looking for a Business Analyst / Client Coordinator for one of our most sizeable in-house clients.

Your new role
  • Support the platform migration programme, including coordination of tasks, timelines, and documentation for client onboarding, connectivity testing, and implementation.
  • Assist with client connectivity workflows across DMA / FIX / OMS / EMS / ISV channels (Familiarity is preferred but not required; on-the-job learning is supported.)
  • Maintain and update project materials using Confluence, Jira, and standard productivity tools.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders - Commercial, Sales, Development Managers, IT, Risk, Compliance, and global teams - to ensure timely and smooth delivery of onboarding and project activities.
  • Provide day-to-day project coordination for initiatives involving trading platforms, new market access, regulatory projects, and operational risk items.
  • Track and follow up on action items, prepare status summaries, and help maintain documentation and workflow clarity.
  • Support change coordination by ensuring all supporting teams are aligned, informed, and properly prepared for implementation steps and environment readiness


What you'll need to succeed
  • 1-3+ years of experience in project coordination, technology support, operations, PMO, onboarding, or similar roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent university-level education.
  • Preferred (but not required): basic understanding of
    • Electronic trading systems
    • FIX protocol
    • OMS/EMS/ISV workflows
    • Trade and order lifecycle
  • Good awareness of financial markets and market infrastructure is an advantage.
  • Basic familiarity with IT operational risk, IT controls, or technology governance is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across functions and seniority levels.
