Job Description - Lead requirements gathering, design, and implementation of AI chatbot solutions across customer service, internal operations, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with NLP engineers, UX designers, and product managers to optimize chatbot performance and user experience.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for chatbot adoption and effectiveness.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and AI integration.
- Develop business cases, process maps, and transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
- Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Conduct gap analyses, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions
The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation roles.
- Proven experience with AI chatbot platforms (e.g., Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, Rasa).
- Strong understanding of digital technologies: cloud, automation, data analytics, and enterprise platforms.
- Agile/Scrum experience and certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA) are a plus.
