About Our Client Our client is a well-established organization within the financial services industry. Currently, they are looking for an Assistant Manager/Manager to join their risk department to monitor SME loans due diligence.
Job Description - Review claim requests for defaulted commercial or SME loans under loan guarantee schemes.
- Monitor debt recovery actions and legal proceedings against defaulted borrowers and guarantors.
- Coordinate debt workout processes and assess repayment proposals efficiently.
- Support team operations, improve procedures, and enhance efficiency through technology.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
- At least 5 years (Deputy Manager) / 3 years (Assistant Manager) experience in debt collection or corporate restructuring/insolvency.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent English and Chinese proficiency.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, conditional formatting).
