About Our Client Our client is one of the top tier bank and they are currently looking for a Treasury Operation Officer to be responsible for processing and handle treasury market transaction, prepare and check payment, treasury settlement for corporate clients.
Job Description - Managing daily treasury operations and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Monitoring cash flow, settlements, and reconciliations to maintain operational accuracy.
- Supporting the implementation of treasury-related systems and process improvements.
- Preparing and analyzing reports related to treasury activities and performance.
- Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of treasury transactions and records.
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing appropriate controls.
- Providing support for ad-hoc projects related to treasury operations.
The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
- At least 1 years of working experience in treasury market settlement field
- Experience from Japan banking or FI group is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
- Work collaboratively with team member
- Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
- Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
