Job Description - Handle underwriting administration including data input, report checking and email coordination for projects.
- Support underwriters by ensuring accurate case processing, timely documentation and strong communication with stakeholders.
- Assist in project execution by organizing information, managing deadlines and collaborating across internal parties.
- Maintain quality service levels with strong writing skills, customer focus and consistent compliance awareness.
The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- At least 2+ years experience in the insurance industry.
- Familiar with underwriting / policy assessment / policy administration is an advantageous.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
