Job Description - Preparing full set of accounts for the company including cash management, budgeting,
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are properly coded and documented.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including issuing invoices, chasing receivables, and processing supplier payments.
- Perform regular bank, credit card, and account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Support month-end closing activities, including preparing schedules and updating financial records.
- Provide full spectrum of HR and general office administration duties, including payroll
The Successful Applicant - A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience gained from commercial or industry settings with direct business operations involvement.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
