Job Description As an Insurance Broker CEO, your main responsibilities will include:

The Successful Applicant A successful Insurance Broker CEO should have:
- Extensive knowledge of the General insurance industry and its regulations. (Marine, P&C, EB and Claims)
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role or capacity.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in driving business growth and operational excellence.
- A track record of delivering successful outcomes in a competitive market.
