Job Description As a Treasury & ALM Associate, your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting asset and liability management operations to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Preparing and analyzing reports for liquidity, interest rate risk, and balance sheet management.
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimize funding strategies and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Monitoring market trends and providing insights to improve financial performance.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of ALM policies and procedures.
- Ensuring accurate data management and reporting within the accounting and finance department.
- Providing support for internal and external audits related to ALM activities.
- Participating in special projects and initiatives as required by the department.
The Successful Applicant A successful Treasury & ALM Associate should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ALM principles and financial regulations within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
