Job Description
  • Assist in maintaining internal compliance policies, regulatory registers, and periodic filings across SFC and cross-border regulatory regimes
  • Support AML/KYC reviews for investors, counterparties, and transactions
  • Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring, including personal account dealing checks, training logs, marketing material review, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate with external counsel and regulators on routine enquiries
  • Support fund licensing, compliance reporting, and internal audit reviews
  • Maintain internal systems, documentation, and operational trackers
  • Provide cross-functional support across finance, investment teams, and portfolio monitoring
The Successful Applicant
  • 4+ years of experience in private equity, asset management, investment banking, or related financial institutions
  • Solid understanding of fund operations, regulatory requirements, or compliance frameworks
  • Experience with SFC-related compliance preferred (Type 1/4/9 environment advantageous)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working in a lean, high-accountability team
  • Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
