Job Description - Assist in maintaining internal compliance policies, regulatory registers, and periodic filings across SFC and cross-border regulatory regimes
- Support AML/KYC reviews for investors, counterparties, and transactions
- Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring, including personal account dealing checks, training logs, marketing material review, and record-keeping
- Coordinate with external counsel and regulators on routine enquiries
- Support fund licensing, compliance reporting, and internal audit reviews
- Maintain internal systems, documentation, and operational trackers
- Provide cross-functional support across finance, investment teams, and portfolio monitoring
The Successful Applicant - 4+ years of experience in private equity, asset management, investment banking, or related financial institutions
- Solid understanding of fund operations, regulatory requirements, or compliance frameworks
- Experience with SFC-related compliance preferred (Type 1/4/9 environment advantageous)
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working in a lean, high-accountability team
- Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
