Job Description
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute distribution strategies across institutional, broker, and direct channels.
  • Channel Management: Oversee relationships with financial institutions, broker networks, and direct clients.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by setting sales targets and monitoring performance across channels.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities with channels including brokers, banks, SME and direct channels
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong partnerships with brokers and financial institutions to expand market reach.
  • Product Distribution: Ensure effective positioning and delivery of investment products across all channels.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine distribution strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align distribution efforts.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure distribution activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor distribution teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience: 10+ years in financial services, with proven distribution leadership across multiple channels.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of trade finance and credit insurance
  • Relationship Skills: Strong network and ability to build long-term partnerships with financial institutions and brokers.
  • Sales Acumen: Track record of achieving and exceeding distribution and revenue targets.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to design and implement effective multi-channel distribution strategies.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing and motivating diverse teams.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills for engaging channels including brokers, banks, SME and direct channels
  • Analytical Ability: Strong data-driven decision-making and market analysis skills.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory frameworks in financial distribution.
