Job Description - Strategic Planning: Develop and execute distribution strategies across institutional, broker, and direct channels.
- Channel Management: Oversee relationships with financial institutions, broker networks, and direct clients.
- Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by setting sales targets and monitoring performance across channels.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities with channels including brokers, banks, SME and direct channels
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong partnerships with brokers and financial institutions to expand market reach.
- Product Distribution: Ensure effective positioning and delivery of investment products across all channels.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine distribution strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align distribution efforts.

The Successful Applicant - Experience: 10+ years in financial services, with proven distribution leadership across multiple channels.
