About Our Client We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our client as a Senior Manager Third Party Risk at global fintech firm. You will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the third party risk and vendor management activities across the organization. This is a regional role with responsibility for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing best practices related to third party relationships.
Job Description - Develop and implement a comprehensive third party risk management framework and strategy for the organization, encompassing vendor management practices and regional exposure.
- Collaborate with service managers to identify and assess potential risks associated with third party, including vendor inventory, and controls.
- Involve in the compliance business transformation projects.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits of third party vendors, evaluating their performance, financial stability, and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Provide guidance and support to regional teams on vendor management activities, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present reports and updates to senior management and relevant committees regarding the status of third party risk management efforts.
The Successful Applicant - University degree / qualifications
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in Banking industry
- Ability to identify problems and seek practical solutions
- Team players with a "can-do" attitude and can work independently
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
