Job Description - Develop and execute ETF sales strategies to expand market share in Hong Kong and overseas markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, private banks, asset managers, and other key distribution channels
- Educate clients on ETF products, market trends, and investment strategies to drive adoption and usage
- Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and research teams to deliver tailored solutions and client support
- Monitor market developments and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility
The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree from a 211/985 or QS Top 100 university, major in Finance preferred, or CFA designation
- Minimum 8+ years of financial industry experience in Hong Kong, familiar with local market and regulatory environment
- At least 5+ years of ETF sales experience with a strong track record in Hong Kong or international markets
- In-depth understanding of ETF products, market structure, and regulatory requirements
- Established network of institutional and intermediary clients in the region
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
