About the Role

Support the day-to-day activities, ongoing projects, and strategic initiatives of the CS Strategy and Portfolio Management team within Corporate Solutions. The role aims to provide hands-on exposure to group employee benefits, enabling the intern to gain practical knowledge of the business area, the insurance industry, and AIA's operating environment, while contributing meaningful support to the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation of internal communications, presentation materials, and reports for management and project use
  • Conduct market research on employee benefits trends, products, and industry developments
  • Assist in the review, comparison, and summarization of group insurance policy documents and related materials
  • Help maintain, organize, and update departmental documentation, trackers, and policy databases
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and strategic initiatives through research, analysis, and coordination support
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the team as required, including ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above
  • Strong interest in employee benefits or insurance
  • Self-starter with a collaborative and positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
