I'm currently helping our client seeking a strong Project Manager with Global Markets experience to join the team in HK.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects, including defining and implementing the Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Establish and oversee the project execution framework, including robust governance, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Develop and maintain an integrated project plan, encompassing timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and regular updates.
- Provide concise, high-level program status updates to executive leadership on a weekly or bi-weekly basis through email reporting.
- Organize and lead project/workstream meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing minutes, tracking progress against timelines, and communicating overall project updates.
- Take full accountability for delivering high-quality outcomes on complex initiatives against tight deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving alignment across teams.
- Proactively challenge existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and promote innovative solutions.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Global Banking products and services.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial services project/change management.
