Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns aimed at achieving set objectives.
  • Curate and manage content across the website, social media channels, and email communications.
  • Execute SEO/SEM strategies, perform website updates, and manage conversion tracking.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor research to shape marketing initiatives.
  • Support the digital promotion of offline events.
  • Maintain precise data tracking through tags, pixels, and UTMs.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in B2C retail, preferably within sectors such as luxury consumer goods, home appliances & products, building materials, or electrical appliances.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Google/Meta advertising, SEO/SEM techniques, email/CRM platforms, GA4/tagging, and proficient copywriting in both English and Chinese.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, independent, and a cooperative team player.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
