About Our Client Our client in one of the top private banks that mainly focuses on wealth management and investment consultancy services for individuals and companies, with over 6,600 staff operating in 28 countries worldwide. The department is now looking for an Account Management Officer to manage new account and existing account management for private banking clients.
Job Description - Managing and maintaining accurate client documentation records.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting client onboarding processes with proper documentation checks.
- Coordinating with internal teams for document review and approval.
- Addressing client inquiries related to documentation in a timely manner.
- Providing administrative support to the banking and financial services department.
- Identifying areas for process improvement within documentation workflows.
- Preparing reports and summaries for management review.
The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant discipline
- 1 -2 years of working experience in account management or operation field within banking/ Financial Services sector
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Good speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese
