Job Description - Lead overall investment strategy for healthcare and technology portfolios across public and private markets, aligning with the family office's long-term capital objectives.
- Source, evaluate, and execute investments in global healthcare and technology companies, including venture, growth equity, buyout opportunities, and public equities.
- Oversee due diligence across commercial, financial, clinical, technical, and regulatory dimensions, coordinating with advisors, consultants, and internal analysts.
- Manage end-to-end deal execution, including valuation, structuring, negotiation, documentation, and closing.
- Monitor portfolio performance, conduct quarterly reviews, update valuations, track KPIs, and recommend follow-on investment or exit strategies.
- Build and maintain sector intelligence, including emerging technologies, scientific trends, reimbursement dynamics, regulatory developments, and competitive landscapes.
- Lead investment committee presentations, preparing memos, risk assessments, scenario analyses, and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and expand global networks with founders, CEOs, VCs, bankers, industry KOLs, scientists, and technology leaders to enhance deal flow.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on portfolio construction, asset allocation, liquidity planning, compliance, and risk management.

The Successful Applicant - 10+ years of investment experience across private equity, venture capital, public equities, or family office investing, with meaningful exposure to healthcare and technology sectors.
- Strong track record in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in both public and private markets, with demonstrable deal leadership.
- Deep industry knowledge in healthcare (biotech, pharma, medtech, health services) and technology (software, AI, semiconductors, digital platforms).
- Advanced financial, technical, or scientific training, ideally with degrees in finance, engineering, biotech, medicine, or related fields; MBA, MS, or PhD preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities, with experience presenting to investment committees and managing cross-functional teams.
