Job Description - Execute trades on behalf of institutional clients accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimal pricing and execution quality
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, providing them timely market updates and insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance trading technology and algorithms
- Monitor trading activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
The Successful Applicant - Licensed person (Type 1) under SFC
- 3+ years of experience in a sales trading role
- Proven track record of executing high-volume trades and managing client relationships
- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
- Proficiency in trading platforms and tools, with experience in algorithmic trading being a plus
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in trading
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
