- Coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

- Provide general administrative support to the manager and team.
- Support ad hoc projects and team initiatives as required.
The Successful Applicant - Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in providing administrative support within a professional setting.
- Prior experience in financial services or other professional environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
