About Our Client

Our client is one of the well-known global corporate bank in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for a Credit Manager to handle credit review, credit proposal, credit application check, assisting relationship manager and focus in account management for wholesale banking division.

Job Description
    • Identify, assess, monitor, and report credit risks, ensuring compliance with the Bank's risk appetite and policies.
    • Conduct forward-looking risk assessments and proactively identify emerging risks and early warning signals.
    • Support effective credit risk management through implementation of appropriate controls and preventive measures.
    • Prepare and support credit applications, primarily annual reviews, including facility increases, exceptions, deviations, covenant breaches, and negative credit developments, under the supervision of senior stakeholders.
    • Perform credit risk assessment and analysis, including financial spreading, internal ratings, loan classification, modelling, and default triggers.
    • Liaise with Credit Risk Managers and Credit Committees to address credit enquiries and approval conditions.
    • Oversee documentation processes, including fulfilment of conditions precedent, covenant monitoring, and compliance with approved credit terms.
    • Manage ongoing control activities such as collateral administration, data quality maintenance, loan classification monitoring, and timely escalation of adverse developments.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
  • At least 4 years of working experience in credit operation, account management area
  • Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
  • Work collaboratively with team member
  • Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
  • Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
