Job Description As an Investor Relations Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assist in drafting and editing investor communications, including press releases, presentations, reports, and newsletters in English.
- Support the preparation of investor briefing materials, Q&A documents, and meeting agendas.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial and operational data for investor updates.
- Maintain and update investor databases and contact lists.
- Help organize investor meetings, roadshows, and conference calls.
- Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to support strategic messaging.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements in all IR materials.
The Successful Applicant A successful Investor Relations Assistant should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong command of written and spoken English. Native Mandarin is a must
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with IR tools or CRM systems is a plus.
- Prior internship or experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
