Job Description

As a 'Sales Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)', your main responsibilities will include:
  • Update Salesforce database with key investor, and meeting details including follow up notes, feedback, contact details, etc.
  • Generate reports including fund pipelines, progress of investors by geography, investor type, fund strategy.
  • Provide interested investors with access to fund datarooms (i.e. Intralinks)
  • Send diligence packets to specific investors copying appropriate internal team members
  • Create meeting agendas for in person, and virtual investor meetings
  • Assist in creating marketing plans / market research on funds & investors, using third party vendors incl. Preqin, Pitchbook, etc.
  • Craft and refine invitation lists, invitation emails for webinars/events
  • Assist with investor requests, where appropriate, with Project Management and other teams within the Firm
The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Sales Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)' should have:
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English
  • 1-5 years of total experience, preference for financial services / sales experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM system), Intralinks (or other data room system), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and high-performing work ethic
  • Self-starter, proactive initiative to anticipate needs of investors and Senior Relationship Managers
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with strict deadlines
  • Seeking to gain exposure to financial/markets and alternatives including private equity, credit and real assets
  • Position offers high exposure to institutional investors, Senior Management, Fund Heads/Portfolio Managers, Senior Relationship Managers
