About Our Client

Job Description
  • Provide support to Department Head managing all aspects of daily operation activities of the Bank
  • Manage and monitor the implementation of new systems, launch of products and services, Bank-wide and cross departmental projects in accordance with the Bank's strategies
  • Liaise with different user departments and IT, and undertake all levels of project tasks, including the preparation of project plan, UAT plan, core banking system roll out plan to ensure a smooth delivery of new technical implementation
  • Propose and analyze new products. Conduct competitive analysis, feasibility study and new product approval processes, and grant agreement to related departments
  • Participate in the review of operation procedures. Propose necessary changes for operation efficiency enhancement and drive productivity & operational excellence
  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational procedures in a timely manner, and ensure control & compliance with operational risk management standards and regulatory
  • Liaise with different stakeholders to support daily operational activities, administrative tasks and budget preparation, and to resolve any operational issues of the department
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
The Successful Applicant
  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant project management experience in banking
  • Good understanding of operation processes for various banking products and services
  • Solid experience in handling projects, budget preparation and cross functional activities
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with regulatory requirements (i.e. HKMA & SFC) & markets practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and presentation software
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
