Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update various investment schedules covering products such as bonds, structured notes, TRS, forwards, interest rate swaps, repos, and other related instruments.
  • Ensure timely updates of system data and perform reconciliation with Operations and Front Office records.
  • Liaise with internal teams-including Head Office, Front Office, and the Risk Department-to coordinate and respond to data requests.
  • Prepare ledger entries based on valuation system outputs and reconcile them with statements from external brokers as well as reports from Front Office teams.
  • Manage the brokerage business ledger and support financial reporting requirements, including FRR and stress testing.
  • Contribute to system enhancement initiatives and participate in related project work.
  • Produce monthly KPI reports and analysis.
  • Assist with additional tasks and assignments as directed by the team leader.
The Successful Applicant

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience within sizable financial institutions; Big 4 experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of a wide range of financial products, particularly bonds, derivatives, structured products, and repos.
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial instruments and market operations.
  • Able to work independently; strong analytical skills, effective communication, good time management, and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
