Job Description As an Associate Director, C&B, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conducting market analysis to ensure alignment with industry benchmarks and trends.
- Overseeing the design and administration of salary structures, incentive plans, LTI design and calculations, executive compensation and benefits program upgrades.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address organizational needs and align C&B programs with business objectives.
- Providing expert advice on C&B-related policies and practices.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards in the Financial Services sector.
- Managing C&B projects and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Analyzing data and preparing reports to support decision-making processes within the Human Resources department.
