- Providing recommendations and preparing reports on IPO submissions.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to address queries and concerns.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of financial statements and related disclosures.
- Monitoring market trends and regulatory developments in the financial services sector.
- Supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures for IPO vetting.
- Ensuring timely processing and communication of IPO application outcomes.
- Providing guidance and expertise to junior team members as required.
The Successful Applicant - A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Qualified accountant with 4-7 years of experience, preferably from Big 4.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Sharp analytical mind, professional poise, and impeccable written English & Chinese.
- The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
