Job Description - Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into clear user stories.
- Take part in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and refinement sessions.
- Produce functional specifications, workflows, business rules, and data-mapping documents.
- Support UAT activities by preparing test scenarios, running test cases, and logging defects.
- Help manage and update the product backlog, tracking dependencies and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines within investment and insurance products.
The Successful Applicant - 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within banking, insurance, or investment-related fields.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of mutual funds, bonds, equities, and insurance offerings.
- Skilled in drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and agile project documentation.
- Familiar with agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong analytical mindset with eagerness to pick up domain knowledge.
- Effective communicator able to work with multiple stakeholders in agile teams.
- Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio, or SQL is advantageous.
