Job Description - Manage daily server and network administration, ensuring stable system operations
- Provide technical support for end-user workstations and workplace devices
- Assist in system enhancements, IT improvement initiatives, and project rollouts
- Oversee IT hardware inventory, support contracts, and vendor coordination
- Ensure adherence to internal IT policies, compliance frameworks, and security standards
- Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server and Linux environments
- Support networking components, including firewall, router, and switch configurations
- Handle PABX and voice recording systems as needed
- Deliver responsive support in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
The Successful Applicant - Degree holder in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
- At least 5 years' IT infrastructure experience, ideally with exposure to financial institutions
- Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or Linux credentials are highly preferred
- Strong experience supporting Windows OS, LAN, and productivity tools like MS Office/Outlook
- Proficient in both Windows Server and Linux administration
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, and network security equipment
- Hands-on experience with PABX systems and voice recording tools is an advantage
- Self-driven, resourceful, and capable of working independently under pressure
- Strong willingness to learn emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese, and Mandarin
