Job Description As a VP Finance, your main responsibilities will include:

The Successful Applicant A successful VP Finance should have:
- A strong background in accounting and finance, particularly within the financial services industry.
- CPA Qualified
- Experience working at a brokerage firm
- Big 4 Trained is a plus
- Proficiency in managing compliance with SFC Type 1 requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating financial risks.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong financial regulations and standards.
