Job Description - Deliver digital messaging propositions across multiple platforms (eDM, SMS, Push Notifications, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end development lifecycle, from scoping to post-implementation support
- Collaborate with business units and analytics teams to optimise campaign performance
- Perform hands-on analytics for lead generation and campaign tracking
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions
The Successful Applicant - Degree in Statistics, Data Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retail banking with strong data management skills
- Solid Python programming experience (mandatory); SAS knowledge is an advantage
- Familiarity with digital messaging technologies (e.g., SFMC, AEM)
- Knowledge of SQL, Tableau/QlikSense, and Pega preferred
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager level
