Job Description - Partner with Technology, Operations, Legal, and other business groups to design both strategic and practical solutions for client onboarding and account maintenance platforms, ensuring alignment with key business goals.
- Drive the formulation of the overall transformation roadmap and verify that program objectives are fully synchronized with the intended business outcomes.
- Define project scope, capture business requirements, shape user stories, evaluate workflow options, and propose enhancements to processes or systems.
- Lead the full project lifecycle-from feasibility assessment and requirements documentation to UAT planning, test case preparation, execution oversight, and implementation support.
- Conduct post-launch reviews to assess project effectiveness and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve any production concerns.
- Create detailed project plans that outline timelines, dependencies, and execution paths.
- Track project progress rigorously and ensure delivery is achieved on schedule, within budget, and according to defined scope.
- Prepare communication materials such as status reports, management updates, and presentations for senior governance forums.
- Monitor dependencies, deliverables, and resource alignment throughout the project execution.
- Serve as the primary communication channel for stakeholders, lead working group sessions, and manage expectation alignment across teams.
- Address and reconcile resource constraints or conflicting priorities, escalating issues where necessary to ensure continuity and timely progress.
The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 7-10 years of solid experience in project management or product development, particularly involving enterprise platforms or customer-facing digital applications across desktop or mobile.
- Background in Retail Banking, Private Banking, or Wealth Management is highly advantageous.
- Exposure to Client Onboarding, KYC, AML, or related regulatory domains is preferred.
- Experience with data analysis and familiarity with data quality concepts or frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to conceptualize high-level solutions while also engaging in detailed technical discussions.
- Strong attention to detail, self-driven, and solutions-oriented with the capability to perform under pressure.
- Proven project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and team-leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly to stakeholders across various functions and seniority levels.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, or user-centric design approaches is an advantage.
