Job Description
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of the analytics roadmap for the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) business.
  • Utilize Big Data techniques, machine learning, AI methodologies, and other analytical approaches (as applicable) to uncover meaningful insights-ranging from early fraud detection and AML risk indicators to marketing optimization and revenue-driven initiatives.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and proactively identify data-driven opportunities.
  • Develop and test rapid prototypes to demonstrate value through proof-of-concept models, followed by production-level scaling for operational use.
  • Design and maintain advanced, scalable BI dashboards and data visualization frameworks that will support the business as its data footprint expands.
  • Ensure analytics and data-mining work is grounded in trusted, purpose-built datasets with proper access controls; collaborate closely with data management teams to support the build-out of strategic, cloud-ready data platforms.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing analytics models within the Private Wealth Management space is strongly preferred.
  • A self-motivated, entrepreneurial thinker with a strong passion for data exploration and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate insights and translate them into strategic business recommendations.
  • Practical experience in data analytics and exposure to data engineering tasks.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling insights for senior leaders.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools-Power BI expertise is highly desirable.
  • Strong data manipulation and querying capabilities across a variety of platforms and structured/unstructured data sources.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as Snowflake is an advantage.
  • Effective multitasking skills and ability to perform well in a fast-moving environment.
  • Prior experience or understanding of the private wealth management industry is preferred.
  • Strong technical foundation in NLP, Transformer models, LSTM, K-Means, Random Forest/Isolation Forest, Gradient Boosting, SQL, machine learning, and Python.
