Job Description - Act as a Business Analyst for digital platform projects within the bank
- Gather and document business requirements using JIRA and Confluence
- Support project delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives

- Prepare documentation and reports for project tracking and governance
The Successful Applicant - Minimum 2 years' experience as a BA/QA in digital banking projects
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for documentation and delivery
- Strong understanding of digital platforms within the banking sector
- Previous experience with HSBC/HASE is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
