Job Description - Analyse business processes, capture requirements, and document workflows to support automation and operational efficiency.
- Configure and customise Front Arena and develop small to medium-sized departmental tools, interfaces, and web-based services.
- Provide production support for business applications, ensuring adherence to governance standards including documentation, version control, testing, and change management.
- Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure system integration, design standards, and change processes are followed.
- Monitor technology trends relevant to trading and banking, contributing insights to the technology strategy.
- Support internally developed or externally provided departmental applications, ensuring ongoing stability and usage effectiveness.
- Participate in or lead project teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
The Successful Applicant - 3+ years of recent experience as a Business Analyst / Developer working with FIS Front Arena (Cross-Asset Trading & Risk Platform).
- Strong understanding of financial instruments and how they integrate into Treasury, Front Office, and Risk Management processes.
- Solid knowledge of business workflows related to trading, risk, back office operations, records management, settlements, and financial messaging.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments and familiarity with agile principles.
- Ability to learn beyond current expertise and produce clear technical and user documentation in English.
